Standard Return Policy
AnswerWith our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.
If something doesn't work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery. *

Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.

We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of customer's choice returns, such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item. (See Product-Specific Return Policies for exceptions)
- Some items are categorized as non-returnable, final sale, or 'As-is' and cannot be returned. (See Product-Specific Return Policies and Non-Returnable Items for more details.)

Please note:
- Beyond requires the use of our provided return label for all product returns to ensure a refund or replacement. With many return warehouses nationwide, using a different label may result in your item being lost or unidentifiable, preventing return tracking and the completion of your return.
- If you choose to refuse the shipment as a return method or send it without a Beyond label, we cannot guarantee a refund. Additionally, a fee may be assessed for any extra research required to identify and process the return.
- Please also note that Beyond return labels are assigned to a specific return. To ensure your refund is processed correctly, do not include additional items, requiring a separate return label, in the same box. Each item must be returned using its designated return label.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we'll make it right by:

Holiday Return policy
We want to make sure that your holiday online shopping experience is safe and convenient, so we've extended our return policy through the holiday season.
This policy applies to purchases from November 1st, through December 31st. To receive a refund or replacement, initiate a return for the item(s) within 30 days of delivery or by January 31st (whichever date is later). Returns need to be received at our warehouse within 15 days of the return initiation. All items must be in their original condition to qualify for refund. All other stipulations of our Standard Return Policy above including non-returnable items, product specific returns, etc. apply.
For orders placed before November 1st, our Standard Return Policy timeframes apply.
